Brown’s has three treatment rooms, with one luxury suite for two and a fully equipped cardiovascular gym, featuring the latest in Techno-Gym equipment. Only Hotel residents may make use of the 24 hour gymnasium.
Appointments
To make an appointment please call The Spa reception. A credit card is required to hold reservations for non-resident guests.
Arrival
We recommend you arrive 5 minutes prior to your treatment. This will allow us time to create your own unique treatment.
Day Packages and Services
We offer a selection of spa indulgences; alternatively we will be happy to help create your own bespoke experience.
A Personal Touch
Whether it is the room temperature, massage pressure or you want us to concentrate on specific areas please ask the therapist to adjust to suit your needs.

Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers for The Spa at Brown’s Hotel are available either through our website www.roccofortecollection.com or can be ordered through The Spa Reception.
Cancellation Policy
Guests who wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment are kindly requested to provide 24 hours notice or the full cost of the treatment will be charged. If you are less than 30 minutes late the treatment time will be reduced accordingly, but you will still be charged at the tariff price. If you are more than 30 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged full cost for the treatment. This will ensure that other guests are not inconvenienced.
